I sought my soul, But my soul I could not see.

I sought my God, But my God eluded me.

I sought my brother, And I found all three.

- William Blake

The “Humanize-Me” Blog

This quote by William Blake epitomizes the Humanize-Me Blog.

Humanize-Me is our societal wellness channel where we attempt to cultivate empathy and understanding. We hold talks on these subjects with the attempt to reset our hearts if at least for a moment.

Humanization and peace is a societal wellness issue. We can't have wellness without peace. Humanize-Me was a stand-alone organization but is now under Kokoro. We speak at schools, community centers and work places. We speak on humanization, depression, conflict resolution and wellness. Invite us into speak within your school, business or organization. We also do ACTS of good work and help people who suffer. Suffering comes in many forms. We gather people who believe that we are our brothers' and sister's keeper.

Egos, Edginess, Individualism and Insecurity

Wrapping ourselves in a cloak of checkboxes to seek elevation above others is wrongly perceived as society. Creating an ego is the creation of an external suit.

At some point, we all have suits but some people really fixate on their suit (ego - I am a … created to elevate themselves to be higher than others). Some people are focused on their suit and will hate yours which will make can feel like deep rejection. Sometimes that suit can be outgrown for where we are in life or the suit gets tattered and worn out but we still wear it and attach anyone who does not like it.

Ego creation is easy to get out of and hard to maintain, leading to more problems than it solves.
