Private Coaching
Our coaching mindset is rooted in transformational coaching with a wellness focus. All coaching relationships need to foster and incorporate improved wellness and lifestyle medicine as part of the relationship.

Group/Family/Achievement Coaching
Group Achievement Coaching is a powerful and compelling experience especially when it is about being in a group of people working on doing something great in their lives.
Group Achievement Coaching focuses on both Health & Wellness (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being) and Personal Goals (achieving milestones such as writing a book, climbing a mountain, launching a business, or enhancing leadership skills)
All group students MUST complete Foundations because it creates the optimal preparation and environment for achievement. Achievement requires a person to be strong and whole or their cracks will show when attempting to do something substantial.
Two-Step Group Coaching Framework:
Step 1: Foundations Education. Foundations is designed to create an optimal environment (both internal and external) to make the group coaching as effective as possible.
Foundations is a structured six-step program to eliminate limiting beliefs and establish a success mindset. Completion of this step is required before moving to Achievement Coaching.
Step 2: Achievement Coaching: A high-energy, focused program designed to help individuals reach their goals quickly and effectively. Clients work as a supportive team to create environments that foster rapid success.
To join our group, it is a flat monthly fee with the first six weeks being dedicated to Foundations work. After that, it moves into straight Group Achievement.
You can combine individual and group coaching for a comprehensive experience.
Foundations Educational Program
Who makes more progress? Someone with nagging insecurities, doubt, less self-worth, less skills to succeed and less time spent fortifying their perspectives or a person who has invested in their mind, structured thinking into a healthy way and have cultivated a sense of preparedness to endure adventure. Of course the latter which is why we require all participants to go through Foundations.
Foundations is the result of hundreds of coaching sessions. The coaching process requires coaches to listen deeply, reflect back, apply a process and hopefully open doors to new thinking and breakthroughs. Many times clients come to us with challenges of the past and broken ideas and limiting beliefs. This shapes their belief in transformation. With the intent to assist the client reach their goals quickly, I asked what would happen if I recognized the patterns and introduced the topics in a way that allowed them to reframe who they are, rewrite histories, introduce new experiences which tie to identity, prepare with skills that address common problems and finally, when ready, take them through a process to prepare them for rapid success.
Foundations takes an hour or two per session (on our e-wellness platform) and these should be done per week. It has six steps and they are built upon eachother in a cohesive way.
Foundations is provided alone with a weekly support class to help people and deepen the experience. When students are done, they move directly into the Achievement Coaching program.
