Warrior Kickboxing Conditioning
This conditioning part is approachable for most people as each class has different levels of demands from beginner to athlete. This class focuses on athletic development and conditioning through the study of kickboxing.
Each class includes: a warm-up, agilities, acrobatic movements (rolls, somersaults…) explosiveness training, strength and stretching. We will incorporate skills training, circuit, plyometric, and condition like a fighter. At the end of the class, we will spend time on self-defense, perform more conditioning, do challenge games and a final stretch for increased flexibility. Most classes will attempt to end in a cooldown and meditation to relax.
There is the concept of the “line” which separates people based on skill. Beginners will be on one side of the line with more expert people down the line. When training, you work with people of your own level and those just above you. We will do individual drills, partner drills, mitt and bag work to support the learning. We work on drills and you will be paired with similar people. Contact is controlled and disrespectful students will have to leave the class.

Warrior Skills
The skills aspect has an emphasis on skills acquisition, adaptation, movement, theory, philosophy and athletic skill improvement to ensure proper execution and power. We teach kickboxing differently so you will learn progressively and consistently and not get lost.

When training, you work with people of your own level and those just above you. We will do individual drills, partner drills, mitt and bag work to support the learning. Contact is on pads and the instructor determines the intensity. Intense or disrespectful students will be managed.
We work differently. Since the most important part of a fight is to not take damage, we start defensive soundness from the start. Every human from birth understands the biological ability to strike something and most kickboxing starts with the basic strikes. We teach a balanced approach. For each strike you learn, you will be taught the corresponding defensive options. You will drill techniques with increasing proficiency.
Sweating and fun are expected.

Not Cardio Kickboxing
This is not a music blasting class where it is about standing still and throwing lots of meaningless punches. It is also not a kickboxing gym with potentially aggressive people and contact. This is about a great workout, learning a cool skill and sport and using it to advance.
