The Reset Retreat: Cape Cod Fall 2026

What to Expect:

Our weekends are a concentrated format of our Foundations program, the retreat format allows people to get distance from problems, get a new and healthier perspective and gain clarity and focus by removing all the noise so your voice becomes the voice you hear. The only demand is to reconnect with yourself again.

We begin on Friday night for introductions and topics which set the tone for next steps. This creates the basis to begin self-unification which is central for everything you choose for yourself.

Saturday starts with physical movement and it increases energy needed to produce energizing ideas. We work through many topics which will strengthen your foundation as a person. Breaks given and people are welcome to gather and talk and share their lives at night.

Sunday captures the newness of thought and openness and then provides your plan to move forward. When you leave, you will be working towards your greater purpose. We depart at 11:00AM

You will have a way to keep all of this work in your mind and heart. When you get home, we will set a time to continue as a group for all who want to continue walking together.

The Reset Retreat is designed to help you reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be. We create a framework where you can refactor who you are and return to that place but stronger.

We ebb and flow into different topics which blend into eachother so they create a transformative experience.

Set Intentions & Reflect

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
