
Group Fitness Training
These workouts are good for people looking for community in a group setting. All exercises are modified into progressions for individuals.
We will work on movement, agilities, explosiveness, coordination, balance and reaction. In addition, high intensity interval training, circuits, isometric holds, team events, body weight, kickboxing drills, postural improvement training and cool down with a stretch, breathing exercise and mental reset. We believe fitness should not just be movement but experiential. We bring all we are into our training and integrate it into a fusion to connect on multiple levels.
Includes:
15-minute phone or in-person meeting to outline relationship and to determine fit.
Intake, assessment, history and goals discussion.
Physical and biometric benchmarks (optional for client).
55 or 90-minute sessions.
Access to Foundations Course and Foundations Support - Foundations is a step-through program designed to wipe out the old and usher in a new way of seeing yourself and the world. It creates an optimal environment for transformation.
Access to Weekly Group Coaching sessions while training. These sessions involve people like you wanting something and working towards it. They take the form of lectures, concepts and coaching sessions where people find breakthroughs. Powerful.
Group members are invited to Kokoro Socials.
Cost:
This is a monthly flat fee of $160, and classes are two times per week. There are no drop-in or trial classes as the instructors attentions goes to the members and the training would be reduced with drop-ins needing explanations. New members are welcome at the first class of the new month.
Members get access to Achievement Group Coaching and must observe all rules of participation.
